Hey Ladies! I figured someone on here could help me out. I want to make some cheesesteak sandwiches. In the past I have tried to use thicker-sliced deli roast beef, but that just doesn't work. What type of meat should I buy at the butcher? Thanks!

Cheesesteaks in Philly are usually made with thinly sliced rib eye.
