My 3 year old has been telling me for 2 weeks that she was going to buy me a new car for my birthday,and a rainbow one at that! She looked so pitiful when she told me she wasn't going to be able to get me one. I told her I would rather have a big hug and kiss and then she was happy again.

Last night I was banned to my room while the children prepared these games. They cut out stars and hung them up with scotch tape and I had to find 10, then I had to find my gifts from them, then I had to find little packs of my gluten free cookies they hid. Their room is plastered with homemade Happy birthday mom signs. They were so excited about all this, and it was really funny and cute. Oh, the games were played around 7 am. I'm the big 2-7!
