We have been fighting these PEST for months now..Seems like we think we are home free then the creatures pop up again. Yes we know they go thru a cyle.
We know they came in dog food my dad had at his house (he moved in with us..now he is walking with the angels) which we kept in the garage. They maded there way into the house via the laundry room.
We have bagged every thing in ziplock baggies but they get in them in time... we have cleaned out the pantry but still these pest are here...I'm sooooo tried of them!!!
Any ideas!!!!

Here's a couple of links. If at all possible, avoid chemicals/insecticides, as you are talking about an area where food is stored and/or prepared.

We had this problem a few years ago and found out that they got in through a bag of flour (or maybe it was sugar) we bought at WalMart. I took everything out of the pantry and washed it down completely, top, back, undersides, everywhere, with hot soapy water (I had to do it twice because apparently the first time i had put something back into it that had eggs in it)(I know - ewwww!) and then I bought a moth trap for that kind of moth which is basically sticky paper with a certain type of pheremone (sp?) on it that attracts them. That seemed to do the trick. I had to throw away almost everything and start over because they can get into virtually everything. Good luck.
