Ebay Help!
I've been listing several things on ebay tonight and on this list item, somehow I am switched over to Ebay Canada! I can't find a way back! "My Ebay" is all in canadian currency, and some things are in french as well. This is so weird! I wonder why my last listing showed the price in Canadian dollars and listed Canada as a shipping option. Any idea how I get back to Ebay US??!! TIA
If there are no bids, you can can cancel that listing and start over. Were you listing through ebay's website, or using turbo lister?
Are you on www.ebay.ca? That's the Canadian site. If you are logged in, there are a bunch of countries listed at the bottom of the main page. If you are not on the US site, there should be a link to switch. I just signed clicked on the Canadian site from the homepage after I was logged in, and it allowed me to log in with my user name, with a link on the bottom of the main page to the US site.
Oh, and you shouldn't have to re-list the items, you can convert your MyEbay page to any country, when you go back to the .com US page it should be back in American currency.
I have Canadian Ebay, but it covers all countries. You can just switch the currency you want to see it in. Most people will ship to Canada, so that's not unusual.
It was really weird. I think it happened because I looked at another listing (to sell a similar one) from Canada, so I think that's how it switched me to ebay.ca. I just closed the listing and re-did it signing into the right country. Now all is well. Thank you ladies! It was so strange. I accidentally logged myself into ebay.ca couldn't get out of it. Thanks!
