Vitamins
I'm looking to start taking some vitamins with the hope of having more energy and perhaps loosing some weight. I plan on taking B for help with energy because of a couple articles I've read but not sure if I should add anything else. Any luck/help with the weight control multivitamin? Should I take in the morning or at night? I'm always confused on when to take it. Any help/insight would be great! Thanks, Christy
Vitamin B is an anti stress vitamin. When I take it I can hardly stay awake, so I only take it at night.
Women's ultra mega from gnc + extra folic acid + extra omega 3 - I found them to be great. Ame
WeightSmart multivitamin with EGCG from One-A-Day with Evening Primrose Oil capsules for my PMS, calcium chews for (duh) extra calcium and Odorfree Fish oil capsules for the omega-3s. I take all my vitamins in the morning because it helps me to remember to eat breakfast. If I take the multi without food, I'm guaranteed to throw up within a few minutes. The EPO capsules are taken with every meal.
I read in an article that Chromium can help with thyroid. I've been taking that along with b-12.When I cut out gluten is when I felt a huge difference in my energy level.
I am taking an Rx *B* vitamin called Metanx. It is *supposed* to help with health issues that involve chronic pain.
I take Centrum Forte for overall wellness and Vitalux with Lutein for my eyes
I take a One-a-Day Womens vitamin every morning. I don't know about the weight loss vitamins though.
I take a vitamin b-12, an Omega3, a multi vitamin, and I take Apple Cider Vinegar tablets for weight loss. I also take melatonin at night if I have problems sleeping.
I take Omega Three, multivitamin, Co-Q10 and for weight loss/maintence I take a digestive Enzyme, L-Carnetine & Glutamine for protein build. For PMS sleep issues I take 5HTP.
I take iron and B12 per my doctor and I also have a prescription Vit D. I have redo my labs next month to see if my levels have gotten better.
