Does anybody here check the weather alot?
If you are, you may be able to help me out! My son's birthday party is a pool party planned for the 9th. Yesterday I checked the 10 day forecast, and it looked like it was supposed to storm, but then be all clear on the 10th. Today is say clear on the 9th as well. How close to the date is is accurate? Thanks! I am a nervous wreck about these parties. Ds's is the 9th and dd's is the 16th, so I know I'm going to have weather issues for at least one, if not I'll be pleasantly surprised!
Wow, I didn't check the grammar very well. Sorry about that.
Just keep checking the weather. It's hard for them to accurately guess the weather a week out. I've seen the weather for a particular day, change daily and be completely different by the time a day gets here. I want June 10th to be nice, too, so that graduation can be outside! It's tradition to do both North and South in bowl-shaped structure in a park. I don't want it to rain. Right now, at http://www.weather.com, the 10-day forecast says 75 and sunny, on June 10th, at least here in eastern WI, anyway. I'll keep you posted as to what really happens!
Honestly, no matter what the weather people say, you won't for sure know the weather until it happens! If they say it's going to rain on the day of your party, 10 days away, don't worry to much because it is very possible it will change 4 times before the actual day! LOL I hope it does not rain for your party! It's such a bummer when you plan and plan and hope and pray it is a clear day and then it ends up rainy!
Every day, the forecast for that day will change. Meteorology is the only field in which you can be wrong all the time and still keep your job!
