O.k. so who watches? Who do you think will go next? Whos the top 2 and who will win??

I think Brooke or Jason will go next.
I think David Cook and Dave Archuleta will top 2
and I am so HOPING that Dave Cook wins! I lOVE him! The different spin he puts on songs is just brilliant. I vote for him every week.

Archuleta always looks like he's about to puke up there. He is to nervous, and to young to win. He looks like he's 12 yrs old. He's a good singer, but just not ready to be in the spotlight like this.

I think David Cook is my favorite right now. Dave Archuleta is good, but I dont think he is wonderful like everybody else LOL...

Jason is my favorite by far. I think David cook will probably win, but I hope Jason is around for a good long while.

I don't like archuleta, he just looks goofy, he needs to get a job with disney and save being idol for when he is grown up!

Saicha needs to go, brooke should be next.

I will be happy if Jason or David Cook win. Jason reminds me so much of Jack Johnson and I love his vibe. I think David is the most professional sounding and attention grabbing. I do like Archuleta but he doesn't have the right persona for this competition. I've said from the beginning that the men were so much stronger this year but I do like Carly. Unfortunately, she really didn't reach her potential the last few weeks and I think she'll go home soon. I really couldn't care less for Syesha and Brooke.

I definitely think David Cook should win. Every week he *owns* the song and makes it different and unique. But I have every intention of buying songs from Jason and Brooke. I love their vibe (ditto the Jack Johnson sound Tink referred to for Jason). Last summer, we often listened to the version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow Jason performed, so, although I don't think he will win, I do look forward to the music he will put out.

Syesha is beautiful and she sings quite nice, but I don't find anything *special* about her.

David Archuleta is adorable and sings great, but I don't care to see him win.

I love David Cook! He's brilliant with his song choices and performances. Of course, I also really enjoyed poor Michael Johns! I also like Brooke when she chooses the right songs, but I don't think she will stay much longer. I loved her version of "Let it Be"!

I'll be honest with you though, I almost don't want to sebe David win because it seems it takes the winners longer to get anywhere in the mainstream! Jordin Sparks is just now getting a few songs out there but look at Chris Daughtry! I wonder if it would be better for David Cook if he DOESN'T win!

I have never liked the other Dave. I think he has an okay voice, but not for this kind of competition. More for a Las Vegas show or a cruise ship! I think he is too young and inexperienced. He gets rattled way too easily and always looks like he is scared to death, and yes, like BellaJoe said, he always looks like he is ready to puke right there on the stage! LOL!

I agree that Brooke should be the one to go. She's good, but in a totally different way. The others have such power.
I normally have a favourite long before now, but I'm really torn this year. It'll be interesting to watch it play out over the next few weeks.

I also think popularity has to do with every week, not just last week. Sure she sounded great, but she hasn't been so great in past weeks, we are supposed to forget that and love her? I was shocked, I wanted brooke to go. I think she got some vftw votes.

On a side note, did you know carly already put an album out? It didn't do well, but like in 2000 I think. I read that somewhere and it suprised me, because I thought these were supposed to be new to the business, or at the most back up singers.

I agree about the popularity. Although i wouldn't think that Brooke was that popular. I thought she would have been gone a while ago.
Carly wasn't as good as some of the others, I'm glad she is gone. But still surprised she went before Brooke.

I think I did hear that Carly did an album before. I'm surprised they let her on the show. I too thought they were supposed to be new to the "business".

I'm going to miss my man Jason. But he just lost it this week, no one to blame but himself. Interesting trivia. He is only 20, he didn't take up singing until he went to college. So for very little experience he did very well. I will be buying his album when it comes out!

So now my kids are hoping David Archuletta leaves next week. DS loves Shyesha and dd and I love David Cook.

I am pretty sure that Archuletta will be in the top 2. Although I think he's to young and nervous to really get into all this. ALthough he does have a magnificent voice.

LOL see that is how i feel about david a. I can't stand looking at him. I will admit he has a nice young voice, but it hurts me to watch him sing. I thought jason cook was adorable and fun and HOT. My 14 dd expressed to us that she could marry him.

To each their own. The good news for me is I have been able to download JC's music.

I still think David Cook is better then David A. Now I do think David A has an great voice. David cook is more of a performer. He really reacts to the audience, moves around, connects with them. Although David A sings his love song ballads, I dont feel he connects, and he is not the showman David Cook is. I do hope the two Davids are in the end. I have said it before, I believe its a popularity contest, so not always the best singer/performer will win. Although I would LOVE to see David Cook win, I have a feeling it will be David A, because of his cuteness factor.(I dont find him that cute, but most of the younger generation does LOL )

Ditto Patti! I called the final two about 8 weeks ago and I'm so happy with who was chosen. I think David A. has the better voice but this isn't just a voice competition, it's about who's the better performer and David C. has been a performer from day one. He's definitely grown on me.

DH called the final also. I really thought Syesha might make it to the final. I personally have a maternal crush on David A., but he shouldn't win. He's Disney through and through. I really like David Cook also, but he's not a 'pop' star IMO, so it doesn't really matter to me too much who actually wins. If David C. loses, I know he'll have his own rock record deal and really doesn't NEED to win.

Simon Cowel Was on Ellen today. She asked him what he thought. He said 9 or 10 weeks ago he would of said David A would of won. Now though, he said that he feels it should be David Cook. He agreed that David A had a good voice, but never really changed.He felt he was groomed and trained for one thing. He said David Cook has more oginality. There was a lot more said, cant remember it all LOL..
I would like to see David Cook win.
