Pam, I am reading Revenge of the Middle-Aged Woman. I love it. Unfortunately, I am relating to it quite well. LOL It makes we wish that I could write a novel.

I'm about half way through and have the second one on old at my library. Thanks for the suggestion.

I just finished the sequel, Wives Behaving Badly, to the Revenge of the Middle-Aged Woman. It was just as good as the first. Thanks for recommending these to me.

BTW, my neighbor is British and she can always tell when I am reading a British novel. I tend to use the terms expressed in the book ie: soccer kit, instead of uniform, the garden instead of the lawn, the path, instead of drive-way.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed them and I hope that they were therapeutic on some level as well. (And yeah, I like to talk like a Brit on occasion too. My favorite term in those books was "plimsolls." We now live in a village and I told DH that I'm referring to it as a hamlet--LOL).
