Prayers for my kids pediatrician

I am pretty sure that my dd has strep throat, so I called to make an appt. for a throat culture, etc. The dr. we usually see was not in, the nurse said he was on medical leave because they found a small brain tumor on him and that he is having surgery at the end of this week.

This man is a great person, and a wonderful pediatrician. He has like 8 children (no exaggeration) and is just a nice man. Please join me in saying some prayers for John (i don't want to say his last name on here). My kids will be so sad if anything happened to him. They have seen him since they were babies.

Patti, I'm so sorry to hear that. When my kids were young, they saw a *group* of female Peds. One was diagnosed with breast cancer at a very young age, and I know how it affects the patients/parents when something happens to your most trusted *kid* doc! Many prayers and healing/positive vibes heading his way now!
