I don't get to go to the mall a lot these days. Watching those pennies ... but I went yesterday and the day before - 2 different malls. If you can - and need something - go shopping this week. In just about every store 75% off was the starting sale. One high end store actually gave an additional 20% - just for being in the store. It was amazing and I don't shop with cards (budget protection move) - there was more if you used store cards.
