I just got a call from my grocery store. The manager said the cash drawer of the register I went through yesterday was $10 over and he wanted to make sure I got my proper change back. My change worked out to be exactly $10, and I'm positive the cashier gave it me. I'm surprised and impressed!

Karen, this is the Big Y, which is a grocery chain in the Northeast. I have always appreciated their customer service.
