A warm fuzzy
I often forget just how much me being postive to my children really can affect them. That is until I see it in my own life. I have been working my butt of to lose weight since Nov. I really hadn't said much to family, but when I hit the first 15 off and you could tell I did mention when asked that I had joined WW. It really is too personal to talk about, at least I felt like it. Well I hit my 10% goal last week. I was so excited! I called my dad and told him, he commented how pleased he was for me, etc. No biggie. Well with my anniversary coming up, he typically sends a card and sometimes Cash. Well he wrote a note that said, "happy anniversary, here is 5 bucks a pound, wonder how much your birthday will cost me?" It has just made my day! Who knew that daddy's postive thoughts and approval still meant so much to me. Of course it doesn't hurt that my little shopping spree that I took is now covered..LOL. Oh and my birthday is the end of may....makes me want to work really hard
