I was at the post office yesterday, and noticed one of the stamps they were offering was for Child Seat awareness. I had bought stamps last week, so didn't pick any up, but I immediately thought of you!!

I was hoping it had a pic of a child in a car seat or booster.

That is it, on the book it says something about child seats in large lettering, which is what made me think it was for child seat safety.
