Scare of my life
I had such a scare this evening. I was making dinner and I had Cameron (5 months) in the jolly jumper about 4 feet away from me. Matthew was in his chair watching t.v. I was cooking and trying to keep an eye on both of them. I had just given Cameron a bath because he was getting a bit cranky and I wanted to get through dinner without any crying. I was just about to lock Matthew down in the booster and give him his dinner, but I looked over at Cameron and he was face down in his jolly jumper (it's one with a little tray in front), not moving. My heart stopped. I'm thinking ok check him, call 911, my baby is not breathing. I was trying to stay calm but moving very quickly. I lifted his little head and he looked up at me with sleepy eyes. He fell asleep in his jumper. Poor thing. He is so tired. He barely slept last night he was up every hour and he only had 2 one hour naps today. I put him in a comfy chair that he sleeps in and put him a quiet corner. I've been checking him every few minutes. I think he's teething and very tired. My poor baby.
AAwww. Sleepy little guy! I'm glad he's okay and can certainly understand the scare. I call the "heart checks". Hugs
Wow! Glad he's okay! Ame
Makes your heart stop, doesn't it? Glad everything's fine!
Yikes, I hate that heart sinking feeling!!! Glad everything is fine!!
Poor Cameron. I'm glad he was okay.
ACK! OMGosh, my heart would be racing! Glad he was ok! Poor widdles....
Poor, tired baby. I remember feeling like that when my guys started sleeping through the night. I would wake up with my heart racing and make sure they were still breathing.
So glad he's okay!
poor little guy. I'm glad he is ok. My ds used to fall asleep in his highchair a lot. One min he would be talking away and the next he'd be sleeping. That was his "safe place" when I was cleaning the house, lol.
