Tonight, we signed all the paperwork. We must be crazy, we haven't even listed the house we own now. I'm so nervous about changing my childrens school. I have even worried about the silliest things like having to change our phone number! LOL
We will be downsizing by almost 800 sq feet, so I really need to do some spring cleaning.
The pros will be, living in Orange County, hubby having a 5 minute commute instead of the normal 60 min, and walking distance to my job which allows me to work more hours. I'm nervous, but excited all at the same time. Just needed to vent, haven't even told any of my neighbors...SIGH

We will be moving sometime in June, after my children finish out this school year. We just couldn't pass the oppurtunity up, we got an Awesome deal and will probably be building on as soon as we arrive. It will be a big undertaking, but so worth it....

Congratulations! How exciting for you. It sounds like a wonderful opportunity for you and your family. Your dh will love living so close to work. A few years ago when we lived in Calf, dh had an hour commute for the first 6 months. He then got moved to an office that was 10 minutes away. It was great!!!
