Where can I find this kids song??
I am looking for a CD that has the song "A tootie ta" on it. Has anyone heard of this?
Is this the song? A tooty ta, a tooty ta, A tooty ta ta. Thumbs up . . . Elbows back . . . Feet apart . . . Knees together . . . Bottoms up . . . Tongue out . . . Eyes shut . . . Turn around . . .
OMG, I was just singing that to my daughter the other day. I love that song. We learned it on the "Reading bus"..2 yrs ago. It goes from neighborhood to neighborhood. The lady always did that song with the kids.
What is the Reading Bus? Is that a show or a CD? My son loves that song!! I know it is on a CD, his teacher last year had it, but she can't remember the name of the CD.
It's by a lady named Dr. Jean. She has so many songs for kids. I have almost all of her cd's for Rylee. They are excellent!!!!!! Here is a link to her web-site: Dr.Jean
Thank you guys!!! Jack thanks you too!
You are both welcome
Oh the reading bus is kind of like a bookmobile type thing. Its actually a school bus converted into a play area/ well books/. activities etc.. for kids 4 and 5. It goes to different neighborhoods. It is a free service. The ladies on the bus were wonderful. The bus never moved, it just parked at dift locations for 90 minutes.
Was this the song/dance that the K teacher did on the The Bachelor: Paris, a few days ago? I had never heard of it before!
I missed that show the other night, by the way who went home?? The K teacher is my favorite!!
I love Dr. Jean!! I have almost all of her cd's, too, Rayanne! I used them ALL the time in Kindergarten and now Natalie knows sooo many of her songs. She is really great. I've been to a couple of her workshops too, when I taught, and she is a fantastic lady.
Oh, I love this song! My son's pre-school class performed this for us at graduation a couple of years ago. Everytime I sub in a Kindy class, I have the kids do this song during Circle time. I just can't get enough of the little ones doing this!
I have never been to any of her workshops. I would have loved to have gone though.
