Does anyone on here buy Gymboree?
On another website they are talking about it lasting longer and such i though i would ask here since i "know" you ladies = ) ...
I love Gymboree.
They do have good quality clothes. I only shopped there during sales because they are pricey. Now that my kids are older I don't go there as often. Last I checked, they only went up to sz. 8, but that could have changed.
Just checked their web site. It says they sell girl clothes 3-12 yrs. and boys 3-10. Of course baby clothes, too. Last time I went in my kids didn't like anything. DD doesn't like things that are too girly. LOL! Everything that I've purchased there has held up well. In fact, Sydney is now wearing a lot of DD's former outfits.
Love their stuff. It is well worth the price! I did typically buy it on sale though. My dd doesn't wear the stuff anymore, it is younger, it does techincally fit up to about size 12, but it isn't very cool The make great baby clothes, the sleeves are cuffed, so they you can roll them up. I bought my youngest coming home outfit from there (actually my hubby and kids did). It fit him well at days old, but he was still able to wear it for a couple of months. Their blankets are the softest too
cool = ) i might have to look around online some lol = ) of course nothing for the boys is as cute as the girls clothes but god gave me two gorgeous men so i can't complain tooo much lol = ) but i do have 5 beautiful nieces too = )
My kids used to have baby/toddlers clothes. They do last a long time, wash well and hold their shapes. They also use to have these cute matching caps to match the outfits. Too cute. My kids are too old for the store now but I do buy baby shower gifts from there.
I could be classified as a gymboree nut I love their stuff. So cute, and great for everyday wear. Holds up fantastically. I also buy a bunch of made to match gymboree accessories from boutique ebay. So many cute bows and jewels that match perfectly. I don't care for their boys lines as much as the girls. That's the only downside for us.
I think the clothes are very good. But unless I can get the pants for under $10 bucks or Tops for under $10 I think it is expensive. The colors don't fade that much. The stuff with the decals peels off if you don't turn them inside out and do what every else you are supposed to do with them. The clothes of course still stain and rip like any other clothes. I think their clothes are cute but my son is in distructo mode with clothes. I think it is 4 pants ruined in 2 months. Holes - major stains or something.
Hey Feona, I have a boy like that. did you know sears guarantees their clothes? If pants get a hole while they still fit you can return them! Very cool program!
Guess what Gymboree is having an awesome sale = ) of course i don't know if i will be buying anything or not but i just wanted to help you all out lol = ) they have such cute little girl clothes i know i probably said that before = )Ginny does your granddaughter need any lol = )
I just got a coupon card from Gymboree so I checked it out for the first time online. Very cute but TOO pricey for me even with my coupon. No go for us when I get things just as cute at Kohl's and Old Navy!!
I just went over and shopped the clearance but everything I wanted for little B was sold out in his size. I may run down to the store this weekend as I really like the spring baseball outfit. May as well use my coupon if I am going to buy it anyway. I have better luck sometimes finding clearance items in the store in his size too. If I had a girl I would buy that spring pink ladybug dress in a heartbeat! That is adorable. ;)
Oh my gosh i know Conni i'm thinking about getting that for my cousins baby girl, and my team leader from works baby girl = )
There is a 15 percent off coupon too....
yeah i think you have to put SPRING1 OR SPRING2 in the checkout thing = )
Childrens place has some stuff for 3.99 right now too in the outlets.... I didn't like anything though...
