I now know how strange a sense of humor I have. I am taking a nutrition class on line. One of this weeks assignments is to track 3 days of my activity hour by hour. This includes watching tv, cooking dinner, studying, not just real live exercise. It is supposed to give us a real picture of how many calories we truly burn in a day. Well as I am looking at all the things that are listed, there is also sexual activity, lesurely, moderate and active. I got to giggling thinking what would happen if every other hour I listed strenous sexual activity. And by the way, studying consumes more calories than sex. Go figure...
