Alrightee ladies of vast information and help. Tonight I go to a Bible study, 4 couples, all with 2 or 3 kids. We always have a snack at the end, it is my turn. I am looking for something easy to fix, not store bought though..lol. Can be eaten with hands and is not too messy. I often do brownies, but they just make a huge mess. We do have a boy with a peanut allergy so we stay away from that. We like to get a plate and stand around. I am just looking for something new. IN the past we have had, cookies or a cake, chips and dip, bruchetta, barbeque buns, craker jacks type popcorn. Anyway, would love some new ideas!
Fruit or veggie tray with dip cheese and crackers Ants on a log (celery with cream cheese and raisins)
How about mini-bagels with a few spreads to choose from (cream cheese, etc.) ?
These are always a hit at my house. I microwave small red potatoes until they are barely done then chill them in the fridge until cold. I slice them about 1/2" thick and top them with a mix of sour cream, ranch dressing mix, shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. I leave them cold but they'd be good warm too. HTH
Mmmmm Tink those sound good!
Those do sound very yummy Cori!
