If you missed the earlier post, Diamond, which makes dry dog food under several labels, has recalled a batch of over 800,000 bags of dog food because some of it is contaminated with aflatoxin. Hundreds of dogs have been made seriously ill by this problem, with vet bills running in the thousands. According to the Veterinary Hospital at Cornell, they are seeing 70% fatalities.
