I was reseaching online for some Peruvain recipes and came across a website for Machu Picchu Restaurant in Minneapolis, MN. I would love to email the owners and ask them some questions. My grade 3 class is currently learning about Peru and are learning about the Incan People.

Paula, I have friends who are going to be missionaries to Peru. They just moved to Costa Rica for a year to go to Spanish language school and will actually be in Peru next year. They have learned a lot about Peru and do know people there already, so if they can't give you the info you want they can hook you up with other people who can. Let me know and I can send you their email addy. They'd love to talk to you I'm sure! They will actually be working among the Quechuan tribe.
