I am so bummed. I like keeping my tree up through the New Year and have the lights on everyday, but I haven't plugged them in since Christmas. The tree this year seems so dry and it's only been up since the 20th. Several people I know have complained of the same thing. I can handle, and expect, a few needles, but this is ridiculous! I'm considering taking it down and that makes me sad.

I so don't want to go with an artificial tree, but have been thinking about it.

Ours is holding up pretty well. I think we'll make it through the weekend. Just the past week or so it's started to "drink" less water. So, the end is near.

I really don't like to take it down. It feels so empty with it gone!
