I make this, it's easy and YUMMY! You can make it the night before then pop it in the oven when you wake up. 7 slices white bread (take the crust off) 8 Eggs 1 pound mild cheddar cheese 4 cups milk 2 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp salt Canadian bacon Dash Worcestershire Grease a 9 X 13 pam Take the 7 slices of bread and tear or cut them of into 1 inch cubes and place them at the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan Grate the cheese & chop up the Canadian Bacon Mix all ingredients together and then pour over the bread that is lining the bottom of the pan Place in a oven at 350 for 1 – 1 ¼ hours That’s it!! Pretty easy. You can do regular bacon instead of Canadian, but then you have to cook the bacon first. Canadian bacon is pre-cooked.
