How do you season it, what do you use? What style do you use to bake it?
I'm a vegetarian, BUT I cook a turkey for my family. Poor turkey!

When I make Turkey I just use butter salt and pepper.. and baste is key...I basted every 10 minutes. I enjoyed every minute of it though..I love to cook!!!

Oh and I just bake it in the oven in one of those Turkey Baking pans that you can buy all over at this time of the year..

I grease up the bird and season it with salt, pepper and garlic. I put it in a reynolds turkey baking bag with water (for gravy). Then cook! So yummy and easy!

I put olive oil on the skin and sage and rosemary under the skin. An onion and a piece of celery inside the turkey (I make cornbread dressing). Turns out great everytime :)

I grease it up, add salt and pepper and cook it in the roaster. I do baste, but usually not until the last hour or so. Yummy! :)

It's my dh's job to cook the turkey every year, usually he will rub olive oil on it and lemon pepper. I know this will sound funny but this year we are going to cook it upside down. I recently read in a magazine that tom hank's wife Rita cooks her's upside down, and I guess the breast will get juicy when doing this, we shall see!!!

If I was making a normal turkey breast, or if I was cooking a whole chicken, I would sprinkle it with a little butter, thyme, sage, rosemary, a little salt and pepper.

I'm making my turkey breast with a cranberry/mustard/steak sauce/brownsugar sauce tomorrow. I can't wait to smell it cooking.
