HomeDepot has the Dyson DC07 on Clearance for $279.99. That is the yellow one. They also have the animal for 349.00. This is an awesome price if you don't want to buy one from Amazon.com refurbished. Also Lowes and Homedepot 10% off coupons can be used with these clearanced vaccums. I have heard alot of you inquire about these so if interested check your Homedepot you may find one! I have a Dyson and Love it! It's easy to use to vacuum the stairs! My Hoover's hose was to short to vacumm the steps, I would have to bring the whole upright up the steps with me and put it on a stair and hold it with my foot so I could vacuum the steps. The Dyson's hose is just long enough to be able to vacuum the steps. It is also so easy to empty. NO MORE BAGS! I always hated those vacuum bags.

I am not paid to sell Dyson, i just am so glad I spent the $$ on mine!

Can I ask a question about the Dyson? Do you like emptying the trash cup? I have small bagless vacs and use them for little clean ups. I wouldn't want to have to empty my regular vac bag - it would be really gross and dusty. Do you have to wash the dirt cup?

I got a Dyson!
I have been looking at them for awhile. Wasn't sure they could be as good as they say. But I got an unexpected bonus at work. The CEO said to splurge on something. But I just stuck mine in the bank like a good mommy. DH called and said the Animal was $299 at Home Depot. Did I want to use my bonus to get it? I said "Sure." I worked 14 hours today and came home and vacuumed. I could not believe how much gunk it picked up. And I had vacuumed last night before I went to bed. I vacuumed the steps without ever lifting the base off the floor at the bottom. It is so cool!

And as far as emptying...with a flick of a switch the canister comes loose. You walk over to a garbage can, stick it down into the garbage can, press a button up toward the handle and the door on the bottom falls open and all the gunk falls out. No mess at all.
