New York trip is back on!

I've just spent the past 1.5 hours rescheduling 3 flights, rebooking hotel rooms, and rebuying Spamalot tickets. The trip is back on for the first weekend in November which should be a wonderful tiem to visit NY I would think. Making all the changes, plus booking flights and buying Broadway tickets (from a middle man--it was sold out) 2 months in advance versus my previous 5 month's advance purchase has cost me an additional $350, but at this point I don't care. After our weekend in NY we have a 5 day spiritual sabbatical in Ohio Amish country that we rescheduled from last week too. I think due to recent events that we may enjoy that more than NY. Anyway, thanks for letting me yak and for being excited with me for the past several months. We WILL get there eventually!

Great news, Pam! The beginning of November is a great time to be in NY! You'll get to see some Turkey Day displays, without a really big crush of holiday tourists!

Thats Great Pam! I go to NY every Nov, you will enjoy it! I do ALOT of Christmas shopping there! But then its only 2.5 hours by car from me. And I do enjoy it.
Just watch the sidewalk vendors and don't trust them
