These kids are in Milwaukee, from Louisiana, and are cousins who have just been reunited. They look soooo happy to be seeing one another. They are 3 and 4.

Yes, you can. This picture actually makes me cry, too! In the actual newspaper, the picture was HUGE! That made it better, even!
