Since I was so torn, I went for the one that was ending soon, Dress 2. I think it will look better on her since she's a very chubby baby.

LOL Karen! I just found MY christening gown. Hand made Italian silk with hand embroidery and cut work. It is beautiful! Unfortunately it is too small for her and has yellowed! I need to take it to someone who knows how to conserve it. Hopefully some descendent will use it someday.
Her Christening dress arrived today. It is truly beautiul. I can't wait to put it on her!
The seller even included a return envelope in case it has to be sent back!
For the party dress, I'm hoping to get a big baby doll and put it on the doll as a rememberance of her first birthday.
