My face is horrable right now!!! Did you have bad acne when you were pregnant? What did you use? Has anyone found anything that has worked really well?
Yes! Emgel (by prescription) It's an antibiotic gel. Also hydrocortisone cream. Keep drinking lots of water!

I've been using a Neutrogena bar. I keep one in the shower. My skin was horrible when I was newly pregnant and it's starting to get a little better now. Good luck!
