I think, I mean I hope. Since we have moved in this apartment I was beginning to think my computer had been damaged from the heat while we were driving across country or that I had a virus or worm. Every time I would run explorer and close one of the windows it would tell me there was an error and did I want to send it. I would always tell it yes in hopes that it would send me back info on the error. Well finally it told me there was something wrong with the added on toolbar from AOL. So i deleted it, and now my computer is working great, knock on wood, lol.

You have to be careful with toolbars, so-called popup blockers, programs that offer to check your computer security, and the like. A lot of them come loaded with spyware and often have compatibility issues with your anti-virus, firewall and other security software.

I did download the Google toolbar, and have not had any problems with that, and I did like the pop-up blocker, until I got Norton Security, which has a much better popup blocker.
