Over 100yrs old, Belleview Biltmore Hotel made the "11 endangered historic places" list. This incredible building may come down only to be replaced w/ horrible condos. I was so sad when they announced this not too long ago, but I am hopeful that making this list will save it.

It is beautiful and in excellent shape! Why don't they just build on the rest of the acreage - 22 acres is a lot and use the hotel for a clubhouse, community house, hotel for people visiting the condo residents, place for the residents to have events ...
The list goes on. Tearing it down is really a crime.
