I hope that it is ok to post this here, but as some of you know, my friends DH has been gone for 14 months now fighting the war. He just called her today and told her to expect some big boxes because he is shipping some stuff home that he doesn't need anymore since he will be home in 4 to 6 weeks, most likely. When she told me, I held in my tears, because I didn't want to make her cry too, but then she started crying, so I let it out. I am so excited for her and her kids. He will be home to see his son turn 2 and to take his daughter to kindergarten for the first time. Please keep him in your prayers for a safe return.

I am so happy for you friend. I cant imagine my husband being gone for that long especially not knowing if he would come back home. I am praying for his safety and well being. Their family has made a big sacrifice for our country and it is truly appreciated!!
