We need a new ISP and don't know which to go with. We really like paying only $9.95 a month or so.

We aren't in an area that allows us to get Roadrunner or anything thru cable. (Yup, we live on a country road where the houses are far enough apart that the cable company won't run the cable up the road, it's not worth their time and effort!!)

We are thinking of NetZero but don't know a lot about any of them to make an informed decision. Can anyone help?? TIA!!
