How do you know something has hydronated fat?

I think ds is allergic to it...

Do you mean hydrogenated oils? They are also called trans-fatty acids. Just do a search and you'll come up with a ton of stuff about how bad they are for you.

It will say hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils on the label.
