Okay, we thought we'd take Lara for her first photo with the Easter Bunny. So off to the mall. Lara is two and still a bit shy about anything terribly big and furry, and taller than mom,(me too for that matter), so we thought we'd let her warm up to the Easter Bunny before asking if she'd like to sit on his lap. As I admired the bunny's adorable garden thinking this would be such a great picture, Lara went to hug the Easter bunny who came out to the middle of the mall to greet passing children. As she got closer to him she started pointing and saying "eyes, eyes!" I said, "yes sweetie, doesn't he have such big eyes?" Well she persisted, which told me I wasn't getting her message. In the meantime, the bunny actually seemed a bit uncomfortable and started heading for his garden. Lara followed him yelling "eyes! eyes!" and getting the attention of a handful of other little ones. Finally I took a good look at the big guy, and looking at me from the big bunny's mouth were the pair of real eyes! The mouth was quite large, and so easy to see the person inside.

We skipped the picture. Lara now draws faces at home and puts eyes inside mouths! lol.
