We leave for Florida at the end of the week, and it's been so wintry, I was so looking forward to the sun and sand...BUT, I just looked at the extended forecast, and it looks like it is supposed to RAIN most of our vacation! NOOOOO!!!!! I will be so bummed if it does.

It is still a week away-- weather could change by then you know! lol Florida sounds wonderful.

We leave for Oklahoma / Texas end of this week. 4 of 5 of us are sick right now. I am REALLY hoping my dh doesnt get sick towards the end of the week and of course hoping that the kids and I are all healthy again before we leave.

Visiting elderly grandparents and a newborn baby so dont want to go if we are sick!!

I'll think about you in Florida. While we are bored to tears on the farm in the middle of no mans land. LOL!!! That isnt very nice of me. We do enjoy the farms. Taking our 4-wheelers so that will give the kids something to do.

We went to Florida a few years ago in April. It was also forcasted to rain everyday. All we got was a few showers each afternoon. It only rained all day on one of the days we were there. I am sure you will have a great time. Florida is known for getting daily showers in the Spring, so don't worry too much about the weather.

Conni, I hope you are all feeling better soon. We are also going to Texas for Spring break. We will be in Austin then heading to San Antonio to go to Sea World and the riverwalk. I am sick with the flu though, but have a doctor's appt. in a little while. Hopefully, she can give me something.

Remember rain here (Florida) is generally NOT a whole day deal. We get rain and an hour later the sun is shinning bright and it is hot. We have very few all day long rain showers and generally it is in winter not spring. Enjoy your vacation!

Ours was last week. We went skiing in Crested Butte, Colorado. Had a great time, but having a hard time getting back into the swing of things at home.
