I slept for 14 hours!
I slept for 14 hours last night! I haven't slept more than 4 hours a night in the last few months. I left work early and crawled into bed, after putting a DVD on, and the next thing I knew, DH was calling me from FL and it was after 10 PM. I got up to get something to drink, checked Momsview for a few minutes and went back to bed, and I just got up again. Now *that* is relaxing!
Lucky you! Im glad you got the rest you needed!
That's great, Karen. I'm glad your body had some time to catch up. You have really been through it lately!
You needed it Karen. I wish I could do that. The last 2 weeks I have been lacking in the sleep department. How is your MIL?
Wow, you really needed that. ((HUG))
Karen, you have been going through so much. Sounds like it is just what you needed! Yes, how is your MIL?
I am glad you got the sleep you needed. Send some sleep vibes my way I can't seem to sleep at night anymore..
Wow, you must have really needed it!
Bless your heart, you were really exhausted. Glad your feeling better!
Sleep??? What's that??? (lol) Ya know, Maybe I will try that tonight. A good night's rest would probably do a lot for my having a better outlook on things. Thanks for the idea! Glad you got some rest. "Rest" is a commandment too. The Father gave us "Sabbath" for a reason. Thanks for the reminder. M&M
Wow! Good for you... you probably needed it
I spent the entire day working at my Mom's apartment. Jules and Jason came and helped, they rented a huge truck and took most of the major furniture and kitchen equipment and some other miscellaneous stuff. I don't feel nearly as overwhelmed now. But I am exhausted! LOL MIL is *holding her own*. DH is there now. There's a problem with FIL, his Dr. changed some meds this week and apparently the home health nurse messed something up because she has him taking the old AND the new meds. He is very confused, he fell today at the Hospice, they called 911, his blood pressure was very low and DH said his hands are very shaky. DH discovered the meds thing after this. I told him that could possibly account for all of that so DH is calling the home health nurse. He is having a hard time with it this weekend and said he wishes I were there. I seem to understand his dad when he speaks better than he does, so he is having a communication problem, and there seem to be a lot of other minor problems going on, and he said he wishes I were there to help. Can't help it though, I needed to be here to get stuff done. He comes home tomorrow night. I just drank half a pot of coffee so I am hoping to clean out my extra bedroom tonight. Then, in the morning, I'm going to *try* to clean out the storage building and cut the grass. Relaxing weekend, huh? NOT!
