O.K. Ladies,

Once again something has happened to me. Last night I fell down the stairs and broke my foot! When is it going to end? My ds is at the neighbours today she has a 10 month old as well and he is staying with their nanny. She won't help me out tomorrow though because she can't handle two babies. Some nanny!

DH took care of me this morning but had to go into the office and will work from home tomorrow, I feel badly for him this has really messed up his work schedule. He also called his MOTHER! She's coming for 2 weeks - Lord Help Me! She's a wonderful lady and we get along very well, but she was with me before the baby arrived and I almost went crazy. It's so hard to have someone else in your house. I will be appreciative I know I'm lucky she's coming.

They really can't do much for me. I'm pregnant and had to have an x-ray, doctor said it is safe, they covered me up really well, but it's something else to worry about. They gave me an air cast with does nothing, so I'm on crutches for now. Can't carry ds around so it will be challenging - should probably try to find my baby sling, but not sure carrying him with a broken foot is a good idea anyway. I've only been away from ds for a few hours, but I'm lonely here without him. I miss his little cutie pie face.

I'm must have some left over bad Karma, hope this is the last of it.

Oh, how awful! I fell & broke my foot as a single mom, had been up all night with DD (3 at the time) who had the flu, I was just napping & the phone rang. I got up to get the phone & well, my foot was asleep & down I went. I called my now DH - then Dear, Sweet Boyfriend & he came to my rescue (from 1 hr. away). I got an air cast, crutches & off I went to the life of having to rely on others. It ranked as one of the top 10 most pitiful times of my life. Although it ended up with a fairytale ending & a fiance - so there was a silver lining. I can't imagine being pregnant & have all that. I hope you get to feeling better very soon & things go a lot smoother for you. Thoughts & hugs are sent your way. Lots & Lots of them. Take care of yourself.

How horrible. I'm glad you have some help coming-although I know what you mean that it is hard to have an extra person around.
