I pulled some out to defrost for dinner but I have no idea what to make with them. I don't really feel like stir-fry. Any ideas??? I've got too much to do today so I cant spend time searching recipes online.

I always throw it in the crock with cream of mushroom soup & serve it with mashed potatoes & corn.

I know it's too late for you now for dinner, but I sprinkle them with Adolph's Meat Tenderizer and brush them with BBQ sauce and bake them.
