I am helping her organize her house, and I must say I am having alot of fun. Last night I went to her house, and helped her paint her daughters room hot pink, and she had a new bed spread and sheets, so we set up the bed ( she moved in a while ago but nothing was set up) so we painted the room, and set up the bed and it looks awesome, we are hanging the net this morning that goes over the bed. I thrive on people needing my help, and she needs it, so I am having a blast.

That is so sweet of you! Feels good to help others and organize. I am addicted to organizing but, after the move and having a baby, it's a bit more difficult. I have to have a "place" for everything. I feel dirty if my house is disorganized or dirty...my DH doesn't get it.

I am exhausted!!! I am back from my friends house got thier about 11 this morning and got home about 5:45. I had two pieces of toast this morning, and that is all I had all day long. We tackled her bedroom today, we must of spent at least 3 hours in their just organizing clothes, throwing things out etc... before we could even go and get the bed from the garage and set it up, I was determined that after her sleeping on the mattress for 6 months on the floor, that I was getting that bed up, it is all set up now, but thier is still boxes and boxes of clothes every where. No one needs that many clothes. I got garbage bags and labled them all, garbage , salvation army, and consignment. The house is still trashed, but since she has so much stuff, their is just no where to put everything. I am taking the day off tommorrow, time to get my own stuff done around here. I felt when I came in the door, like I had not been my house for weeks, sure will sleep good tonight. I will admit I was getting overwhelmed, the clothes is what really got to me so many clothes it was mind bogling. I did tell her that she will have to go through her clothes on her own, as it is really hard to organize another woman's clothes because you have to ask each item if they are keeping it, or if it was going.

I hope so, I have done this before and it has not turned out that great. I am hoping she will come out of the depression that she is in, and keep the house up, because it is alot of work and if the house slides back into it's formar state I think that it, will get me down. She offered to give me her old washer and dryer for helping her so that is awesome. I think all I can really do, is help her out, get it organized and hope for the best. I love painting /decorating, today she told me to arrange the living room any way I wanted, and I think it really looks good.
Sue3 I would love to come to your house, but i think we live a little far away lol . I tell you if I had money man what I could do with my house, my fun is to go on the pc and look at the bhg.com site and get idea's and of course dream.
