Hi, ladies. I just wanted to report that I've been at this exercise thing for a while. I've have a few stumbles, but I've been pretty good about my plan for the most part. I'm happy to report that I only need two more pounds to reach my goal weight! After I reach my goal weight, I need maintain it before I can start losing weight again. I've been told that the slower it comes off, the longer it stays off. At the rate I'm going I'll be skinny forever! lol How is everyone else doing?
