Haven't been on in a while but thought I would drop a note and say hello. I am on my 5th week of WW and as of Saturday have lost 14.8 pounds. I am doing great and loving it. Way easier than I thought and the meetings I go to weekly really help a ton. Good luck ladies it is tough but well worth it.

The Flex I count everything I eat and find some days I don't even get in all of what I need.

I did flex it didn't seem to work for me though but i'm very happy to hear it is for you..maybe i wasn't working it like i should = )

Journaling is very important i should start doing that again = ) some days i don't know what i've had from one minute to the next..

My motto is if I bite it I write it! I haven't been doing as good as I could I miss some things but I know in my head my points so I keep track still. Try it it never hurts to start again. I am determined this weight is coming off by summer if it kills me. I am 15 down and only 40 more to go!!!!

Tonya, I too am WW.

I am down 26.2 pounds since nov 10. Slowly but surely. I started fast, but then really slowed down, I am trying to get real serious about writing it down.

What I am finding is if I give 100% then I see results, if I try to half way do it, then that is about what I get.

It is really important to follow the good health guidelines, I found it isn't enough to just stay in points, you really need to eat the right stuff too!

Kaye I know what you mean. If I get it 50% I only lose a little if I give it 100% and do it the way it is suppose to I really see results. I was determined I was going to hit my 10% this Saturay but this week has been stressful and I know I will not hit it. But I also know I am strong and next week will be back to myself and be back on target for goal again. I am in my 5th week right now and am down 14.8.

I have been eating allot better and healthier and noticed a big difference. Next Monday I start working out I haven't done that yet so hopefully between the 2 I can reach goal like I want by July 1st.
