Well 0 lost and 0 gained again lol = ) i guess maybe i should weigh myself every two weeks like my cousin does lol = )
LOL, Brandy. I stayed the same too, which I am happy about with Thanksgiving. I count that as a victory. I did exercise at my brother's house. My sil has a gym in her house with a treadmill, etc. I wish I had a spare room to make a gym. So, I got all 5 days in last week. I exercised yesterday too. How are you doing with your exercise, Brandy?
I'm really not lol i haven't been on the treadmill or the gazelle in i don't know how long...i'm working on my water this week though and may incorporate the exercise back in next week = )
Hi, ladies! Hey, Debbie! I know it's been a while. I'm back again, for the long haul. I've been in a very bad slump, various issues. I actually did well on Thanksgiving. I avoided the cheeses, ate the low cal appetizers. Had two servings of dinner, small ones, opted for cran sauce instead of gravy, went easy on the mashed potatoes, and only had one small serving of stuffing. I chose a slice of cherry pie for dessert, no ice cream, and passed on the pumpkin pie. I stuck to bubble water (Perrier) with lemon and called it a night. I did not eat beyond that. It made me happy that I could both enjoy and control what I ate. So, I've not gained any weight since then, I think I actually lost a pound. Granted, I've gone up since my last faithful posts. I've been working on the issues that prevented me from taking control of my eating and my weight, and now I'm ready to get to work! (With your help, of course.) I'm really excited!
well i drank all of my water today blech lol but that's ok lol = ) i lose it faster that way and won't have to drink so darn much lol = )
