Boy, I don't know if I've really gotten that out of shape or the dance instructor has turned the volume up on our dance workouts. I've been sweating so much, and I'm sore again. The good news is that I've benefitted already. I'm down a pound! And, as a side note, my instructor said I had a good belly roll. Yay! So STARTING WEIGHT: 144 CURRENT WEIGHT: 143 GOAL: 129 LOSS: 1 So, one pound down, 15 to go. How is everyone else?
Today I weighed in at 170.2 That's the lowest I've seen in awhile so I did it twice How often do you weigh yourself? I'm starting back with avoiding gluten. It's hard. I read an article last year that made me think I could have a sensitivity. I lost 10 pounds in a week which is an indicator. There are alot of other factors too. My biggest issue is emotional eating. I'm a mess but I haven't binged on anything for 2 days.
Rayelle, Yay on your weigh in! I weigh and post once a week, usually on Fridays. But, so much for my weight loss. I had to work at a festival for ds's school from 7pm to midnight. I didn't have a chance to eat dinner and I was workin'! So, I got home and ate away. Needless to say, I've gained it back.
