189.4 and the reason is because i haven't been doing anything to prevent it from going up up and away..in other words as of feb.21st which i guess i 1 week ago.I have had something bad for me (chocolate) and i also havent been drinking my water = ( i've been mostly drinking milk which i'm out of right now or grape capri suns...so it's time to get serious again = ) i'm excited because someone at work was like wow you've lost a bunch of weight = ) so i'm ready to go lol...i also have a trip to florida to look forward to in April so i'm also excited about that...thanks for reading the novel = ) have a great day..
Brandy, you can do it! Aren't you going to Disney in April?? If you are, I would suggest trying to get some walking in before you go. You will do A LOT of walking at Disney, and you will be really tired with sore feet, if you don't do anything before. Myabe that can be a motivation!
I forgot to post my numbers when I weighed in: starting weight- 160 goal weight- 142 Feb 28th weight- 149 loss so far- 11 lbs pounds to go- 7 lbs So, it took me almost a month, with a week of severe stomach flu, to loose 4 lbs! I am hoping I can loose around 4 lbs for the next 2 months, which will put me at my goal by the beginning of May!
great job Debbie you are getting there = ) yeah i'm going in april i'm so excited = ) i'm going to plan on weighing 170 by then but i'm also not going to get upset if i don't either = ) what i'm going to do is get the beachbody dvd rockin body lol = ) and then also like i put before lay off the chocolate which i've already done and drink more water which i've accomplished today already = )
Debbie speaking of walking do you think i will be okay with my crocs?I had a pair that i tried to walk in for relay for life last year and it didn't work out good at all = ( i wonder if i wore socks if it would be okay though?
I have never worn my crocs to Disney, but dh did last time. He did great with them. I am a flip flop sort of girl. But, last time, my foot wasn't so great, so I wore my good tennis shoes the entire time. Sounds like you have a plan before you go. You are going to have such a great time.
192.0 = ( i'm not eating chocolate but still stuff that's not good for me so yeah that's where i'm at...
Uggg. I am at 150. I gained a pound. I have no idea why. I have actually been eating well, and exercising again. I will not give up, I will not give up!!! Hang in there, Brandy.
I've gone up as well. I'm at 143. On a good note, last night was the first night of my new dance class. I am now taking salsa lessons. This should help me get back into the habit of exercising. I WILL lose weight. I will lose weight. I will lose weight......
