Goal for this week, exercise 5 days, for at least 40-45 minutes.

I exercised for 45 minutes this morning. It actually felt good, and not like I was dying!

I wish I could say I ate well yesterday. We had a superbowl party for a few people. If only ds hadn't picked up brownie bites when we went to the store. I just couldn't refuse! Ugggggg!! I was mad at myself when I went to bed.

i'm glad you felt good Debbie = ) great job on the exercise ...i can't believe today i went in to where my husband works and weighed myself in front of all the guys the last time i was up there i weighed 201 and today i weighed 193 granted i had on extra clothes because it's cold...anyways my brother in law said woah looks like someone needs to go on a diet i'm like well i've been loosing weight thank you very much !!!!!! oh well i'm doing good and i know it!
