Okay my weight as of 6:34 am is 187.2 which would mean a 4 pound weight loss as of last thursday but i weighed myself at 7 something last week so do you think i should wait until 7 something or go with the last time of 6:34? i think i will weigh again at 7 something and see i know it shouldn't be much difference lol...
okay i weighed myself at 7:10 am which is what i weighed in at last week and i was 187.0 so i'm going with that one lol = ) so far i have lost 14 pounds! in i think 4 weeks...now i have to figure out how to include exercise in there so i'm not flabbing all over lol but without being hungry all the time...i know i need to exercise but the thing is i get hungry right after i do so i'm like well what in the heck was the point in that lol = ) i still want to see weight loss but i'm not sure how to balance it all out do you all understand what i'm saying? start 201 last week 191.2 this week 187.0 total lost this week 4.2 total lost altogether 14 pounds = ) have a fabulous day everyone...

Way to go, Brandy!! I know what you mean about the exercise, and wanting to eat more. I guess the only thing you can do is just make healthy eating choices when you do eat more. I don't know.

Wow Brandy!!! You are doing a great job! Ditto Debbie on the healthy choices. I used to say "I work out to support my habit" meaning my bad eating habits! LOL. When I finally stopped sabatoging my hard work the weight actually came off! Keep up the good work!
