okay last week our mv team lost a total of 15.7 pounds. So let's get this weeks numbers in. Mine are 3.2

This is my *unofficial* weigh-in. I will weigh in officially tomorrow at the gym. Starting weight~ 126 21 Jan 08 weight~ 117 Goal weight~ 105 Weight loss so far~ 9lbs Pounds to goal~ 12 I'm almost halfway there!!! WTG on your weight loss, Kaye! That's awesome for one week!! Brandy, how have you been doing so far this week??

good job crys, it is always tougher to lose those last few pounds, you are doing great. Kristy, I too am working on a a 10% goal...great job this week!
I've been doing great crystal = ) haven't overeaten at all it's like something just clicked i used to go to the fridge when i was bored and eat but not anymore = ) yay me...and good job on your weightloss = ) kristie congrats on yours also...and you too kaye = )
hey after we lose our weight we need to go on ellen lol i'm just teasing but that's what three other women are doing they lost over 300 pounds together and they are going to be on the ellen show woohoo lol = )
I don't weigh everyday. I get excited when I go to the scale only to be devastated. I lost an initial 5 lbs. from the get go and it's stopped. I did lose some inches because I had to get my husband to make a new hole in my belt but...I am back in the original spot. I started WW Jan.1st. I have not cheated or went outside my points range. I am doing everything I am supposed to do. I have decreased by an amazing number of calories and fat in my diet and increased in activity. I just figured I might have lost another pound or two by now. It's very discouraging.

Lisa, that is why I didn't last on WW, I wasn't losing any weight, and my diet was seriously restrictive. I'm currently on a 1000-1200 calorie diet, but it seems no matter how hard I try, I don't shed the pounds.

I guess I need to figure it didn't come on over night it's not going to come off overnight lol...I know eventually I will have to lose, I don't see how it could stay where it is when I am eating so much healthier. I guess my heart is a happy camper lol...I feel better today, I'm not going near that scale for a few days. I'm still sticking with the points thing. I think everyone has a day of discouragement now and again. Thats why I signed up for this...to have something in common with other people. Thanks (:

I should have posted this from the beginning, better late then never. My calculations from the get go were wrong if I do the math (which I am horrible at lol) I want to lose 25 lbs total to get to my goal. Starting weight~ 165 21 Jan 08 weight~ 160 Goal weight~ 140 Weight loss so far~ 5 lbs Pounds to goal~ 20
