So what are your plans today? Goals, exercises, etc? I feel blah today, bad period today. So I am hoping I can make it to the gym today, but we will see. If not I will just do something at home. My goal, get on the motivation bus and be productive and not just take a day off. For me, this often means food...I need to not eat because I don't feel good. Really food doesn't make it all better.
that's so true and i'm trying to learn to eat only when i'm actually hungry instead of when i'm bored... = ) we can do this...
My plans for the day are to go to a chiropractor appointment (my sinuses are KILLING me!), go try and get a treadmill at Sam's (their website says they have them--went through that with Sears on Sunday though and I STILL don't have a treadmill!), and then I have a meeting tonight that will take up most of the evening. I do plan on drinking lots of water (80oz min) and eating healthy. So far, so good.
I made a goal to exercise 45 minutes each day this week. I did it yesterday, and this morning. I am also drinking lots of water, eating 3 meals a day and 1 snack. No emotional or stress eating!! So far, so good....but it is only Tuesday.
I was up all night with a migraine, and had to stay home from work, in bed, in the dark all day. So, hopefully I can make up for it tomorrow!! I'm going to be using my pedometer at work for the rest of the week, as well as hitting the gym a couple days this week, and I've been watching what I eat, and WHEN I eat, as I am a night owl, and therefore snack late.
