Okay, people, post your goals for the day, big or small!!! My goals today are to drink at least 80oz of water and do SOMETHING, be it jump rope, simple weights, sit ups, push ups, pilates, etc. I'm really sore from karate this week, so I won't push it, but I do want to do something. How 'bout you???
Well I drank my water, but I really didn't do anything else. I started feeling yucky last night and got a monthly visitor this morning. Oh, joy. We're going to look at treadmills today (looked at a couple last night). I hope we find something. I don't want to have to order something, wait weeks for delivery and worry about something being wrong with it because it was damaged during shipping. We'll see.
my goal for yesterday, was to exercise. Hubby was home and he isn't a good influence. I did manage to do that. Weekend goal, watch what I eat...again with the hubby and the kids here I have to be careful!
